Auditoria

Auditoria

Three auditoria are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including interpretation booths. An integrated interactive system is established in order to foster debates between panellists, on-site participants and virtual audiences following the discussions via social media. Each auditorium has a capacity of 250 people.

Breakout rooms

Twelve breakout rooms, with a capacity of 70 people per room for Lab debates and Projects/Report labs and 40 people for Brainstorming. Sessions in the breakout rooms are held without interpretation. Graphic support is provided for brainstorming sessions.

Meeting rooms

Three large meeting rooms are available, with a capacity of 36 people each. Equipped with a screen and a computer, these spaces host closed meetings, presentations, breakfasts or lunches to facilitate networking opportunities. Four smaller rooms, with space for up to 12 people per room, offer a more intimate space for networking opportunities and short meetings among forum participants.
